The employees at ERM are great, there are tons of young professionals so it's easy to make friends and network. The work itself is interesting and keeps me engaged.
Svantaggi
Low pay, especially for years of experience. ERM only seems to recognize experience at ERM when considering promotions and raises. There is only one opportunity a year to get promoted, and it's pretty dependent on how hard your manager fights for it. There is no room for negotiation on yearly raises and bonuses.
