      Great Enviroment. Stable contracts and long term projects. Flexible working hours and nice benefits. Good Teamleaders. Certifications and trainnings are paid.

      Some of the clients are not really polite and they use old-fashion technologies (dead-end career path) Regarding Barcelona office the management team changed. Some people from Necsia and Birchman were hired and the management style changed (more likely to bodyshopping). Some key people is leaving or were fired so employees look worried.

      We feel sorry about your experience. ERNI regularly monitors employee satisfaction via anonymous surveys. This way, we can identify potential problems and find a way how to improve our company and satisfaction of our employees. We keep on working hard so all our employees are able to develop their careers according to their personal objectives.

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
