      The employee development is my main satisfaction from my current company. ERNI helped me to grow and learn about myself and improve my professional skills. And I can see the same for a lot of my colleagues. Projects are really diversified and motivating and the community is really active.

      Svantaggi

      Some tools and internal processes such as expenses management or timesheet software still need to be improved. A BYOD policy or larger diversity for laptops would be also much appreciated.

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
