Confusing company setup made me feel like a double agent doing double work - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso ERNI

I was made to work for both the PEZA (ERNI Development) and non PEZA (ERNI Philippines) companies without clear explanation. There's no guidance and proper setup on how things should work. Aside from extra workload, I had to deal with added paperwork and constantly adjust my hours, which made everything more complicated and tiring. The entire setup felt confusing and possibly not in compliance with law.
