      Finally leaving was the best feeling.

      I have never been so happy to resign from a company. The clients are toxic and unreasonable. You cannot expect a support from the management since they always sides with the client even when clearly wrong. You will be gaslighted to think you're worthless. This has been the most draining and unpleasant job of my career.

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
