Be prepared to take on responsibilities that go well beyond your assigned role, often without clear expectations or adequate support. Tasks that should belong to other departments or positions may be delegated to you, making it difficult to maintain a healthy workload. In my experience, the work environment was highly authoritative rather than collaborative. Employees were expected to follow instructions without much opportunity for open discussion, feedback, or teamwork. This created a stressful atmosphere where it was difficult to feel valued or supported. If you are looking for a workplace that encourages collaboration, professional growth, mutual respect, and work-life balance, this may not be the right fit. I found the overall environment mentally and emotionally draining, and it significantly affected my motivation and well-being. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company.
