My experience with this company has been frustrating and disheartening. Support was often withheld, especially when I was facing challenges, rather than helping, the team seemed more focused on pointing out mistakes. When I tried to advocate for myself, I was met with defensiveness and, at times, unfair claims. I found the overall environment to be uncooperative and ego-driven, which made it difficult to work or resolve issues constructively

Smaller teams foster stronger bonds, better communication, and a supportive work environment.

Career progression might be slower due to fewer hierarchical levels.
