The pay is pretty decent. Low expectations for output. Relaxed dress code.

Many of the positions are actually temp to hire. This is never listed in the ads. It's always briefly said during an interview. There is no time frame or metrics to hit in order to become a full employee and you are not eligible for benefits (the temp company offers health insurance but it's terrible). It's also a huge bureaucracy that moves at a glacial pace for everything. People can be terrible at their jobs and will never be fired. It can be difficult having team members who are not pulling their weight.
