Fortunatelly, the company is mostly driven by interns who are professional and very nice! Intercultural place.

Terrible management, no correct explanation provided about the job. No explanation from the manager concerning the field of activity or concerning what you are supposed to do. I had to learn everything by myself and by asking my interns colleagues. If you make a mistake it is your fault because you are considering as "stupid" if you are not able to understand the poor explanations you received. It is a shame because with a good manager the tasks could have been really interesting. No attention is given to what interns want to learn and experiment, you can join the company for a mission and be asked to do something complety diffirent which has nothing to do with you fiel of study. You often have to do some useless repetitive tasks and secretary job. Fear-based management, the manager is absent most of the time and it is a relief for all employees. No communication from the management except to yell at you when you make a mistake where money is at stake. If the manager doesn't appreciate something concerning your work don't expect to have a face to face discussion you will learn that from your colleagues. Communication is very bad, you don't know what you are doing and what for, even if you ask... Don't expect transparency, everything in that company is just a big lie.

International , helpful and supportive coworkers

Very poor management style , manager with a superiority complex and wants always to look down on people and who does not know how to deal with employees , belittle them in any occasion and never satisfied with what you do but usually follow what you have said at the end but with 0 recognition. my advice is to run and not work in this company really toxic manager.
