The "owner" is very charismatic, but is very ego driven. (The only reason I say "owner" is because although on paper it is classified as a woman owned business, the "owner"/founder and gentleman talking about all the great things they are doing is in fact not a woman.) You'll hear- Engineering led Vendor neutral The last place you'll work Partner program You'll see- Lots of turnover (in the year I was there every engineering resource quit) Incredibly manufacturer influenced People who have achieved not make partner. I'd avoid it unless your only other option is a life of crime or becoming homeless.

The foundation of EVOTEK is built around culture and viewing our decisions through the lens of our employees. While we are open to feedback, this review is factually incorrect in several of the points made. Our company has experienced minimal voluntary attrition in the 4 years since inception. EVOTEK has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal for the last 3 years, and by Inc Magazine in 2018, both for being a “San Diego Best Places to Work.” These are awarded based on blind employee surveys. EVOTEK’s culture is a great fit for fast-paced, self-motivated, top talents that want to be part of something bigger than their own success. EVOTEK is not for everyone.
