Nothing really. With the sort of attrition they are experiencing, you might get opportunities to take up new roles by replacement. They put in ages of holds on promotions due to 'profitability issues' and once you do, the would give you a minuscule hike and also prorate your yearly appraisal (that's a policy) Perks are pretty much ZERO.

NO BRAND VALUE. It is at times a shame to admit that my employer is EXL. The company and management does not believe in respecting it's employees or rewarding them. Leadership works only on papers with no actual impact. They wish to understand reasons for all that's wrong but never come to find a resolution. Nobody cares about your work life balance and the companies values are just for adding a 1 slide to a power point presentation

Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
