Ok. 1 star is for their salaries 1) they treat themselves as contractors, not consultants 2) hard work is not appreciated AT ALL 3) no/little training 4) no vision for the senior guys 5) some senior guys are rude/not approachable 6) no promotions (if you are not local indians)
