Ghosted after final Interview and background check - Recensione dipendente - Senior Consultant presso EXL Service

This is has been the worst experience by far. Went through the interviews for over 2 months, had my salary negotiated, my background successfully done, verbal offer extended, and no response thereafter from HR or the Hiring manager on repeated follow-up emails. The word was they couldn't sign SoW with a client and hence didn't onboard me. The least I expected was closure on my process after all the effort.
