1) You can be SVP (typically senior leader with > 10 years of experience) and still make peanuts compared to a senior data scientist in a tech company. 2) Company doesnt have a good talent pipeline. All the good people have left for competitors like Tiger analytics. Noone to look upto and learn from. 3) Leadership is very non-technical and heavily Indian male dominated. There is no diversity.
