      I work as a Software Engineer in EXUS AILabs. EXUS is a great company to work because of its people and friendly environment. Especially in AILabs, I want to highlight the collaborative spirit among engineers, as well as the growth opportunities, either in learning new technologies or by taking initiatives in projects. In AILabs, in terms of EU projects, travelling is also part of the work. Work and life balance is also a plus.

      EXUS is the most employee-friendly and recognition-centric company I have ever worked for. From the CEO on down, everyone aligns with the company values that drive day-to-day work and motivate success. Everyone is helpful, supportive and eager to see colleagues do well, something that one does not always find, particularly in remote-first environments. It's easy to see why EXUS was voted best workplace in the UK last year because the management truly strive for it to be.

      The interview process was quite lengthy, but considering the caliber of colleagues here, it seems part of a thoughtful process to build the best team possible.
