      Interesting people for the most part. Nice cafeteria. A lot of learning opportunities if your manager lets you learn. Sales staff can be pushy.

      Svantaggi

      A lot of competition with "Raymond James" and their departments. Low pay. Poor choice of leadership. A lot of the work I did could have been done by someone less skilled.

      Good colleagues within the department. Direct supervisor was respectable with great understanding of big picture concepts and action implementation.

      Often bogged down with the day to day details that did not need to be discussed as if it were a teenage gossip party. Also no real support for advancement within the parent company (RJF) and no real advancement opportunities within the department itself. Senior Mgmt of the company is typical old boy network which depended upon who you know and who you brown-nosed versus merit or performance.
