Great company to work for

Not really any cons just do your job and no worries

- Management that cares deeply about you professionally and personally as well as your family - New challenges every day (keeps things interesting) - Unique and cool industry (you get to see trade shows before they happen like CES or auto shows) - Autonomy to work (minimal management) - Great pay - Recognition for good work - Friendly, caring, sweet coworkers - Management accurately evaluates new workers potential. You are placed in the best position for your abilities (however, if you have high potential, you can QUICKLY move up. The current president was with the company only 2-3 years as controller before becoming president and he is fabulous.) - Great values (honest, loyal) - LOWEST TURNOVER RATES EVER (many employees' first jobs are with EMG and they retire from the company) - Stable field (other than recession few years back, business thrives and will continue to do so) - Travel

Really no cons!! If EMG is a good fit for you and the company wants you, perfect. Some things to consider: most people in the industry are 50+, you must self-disciplined and able to work in your own office without being micromanaged, as a salesperson it may take some years to grow a healthy book of business (but the company pays you fine during this time!)
