      Pay is good but you have to wait for 11 days for you to get your salary which is quite long. Team leaders/trainers and their way of training are very poor. Poor judgment and unnecessary details are being exposed to project heads. No wonder they always hire new employees and there are frequent changes of Material ops because of the team leaders' attitude. You might as well assess them to see if the newly hired personnel is the problem or the trainers who think they are superior and intimidates the trainees.

      CEO does not know how to run a business. Super cheap. Treats employees as cost centers and looking to cut corners wherever possible.
