      1. Continous Monitoring of each and every activity by one of the director through CCTV. 2. Personal Monitoring of your moves by the so called close ppl of mgt. 3. HR Policies limited to safeguarding the management. 4. No Salary on Time 5. No defined "RnR". You will be close to the management and would be considered as a performer till the moment, you keep on finding fault in others work.

      No sourned decision making. They haven't fund for employees salary also.

      Salary never on time 30 day delay of ever month salary processed date 25 released date next month 25. Either ur r ca mba or any professional or any exp. At ghe time of interviews they ask direct tax indirect tax or all finance questions. But after joining ur future get spoil u will only do excel sheet data entry all the time and u will become full time data entry operater, congrats for ur future if u r joining this firm.
