Unprofessional work environment. Offensive conversations overheard daily. Management says they want you to come to them with any issues or problems but when you do then you fear for your job. Mentioned bonuses and profit sharing to get you in the door but there is none. No room for advancement. Outdated systems. Zero training.

There are growing pains, investments to be made, a new set of skills to insure supervisors, managers are giving the best to their teams. It means processes, systems, and growing sales and profits. Being named a Top Place To Work is a great sign of being professionally run, That along with being debt free, Competitive salaries, 100% paid insurance, plus all the other benefits is very rare to see in a small company. It would not be possible without such a great team.

40% growth year over year creates growing pains, and problems that can’t be solved with the same mindset of they were created. Training of supervisors & managers could be more robust to keep up with the growth and skill required, as promotions generally happen from within.
