      50% discount laid back dress code you always smell nice when you leave regular customers always come around and you build lots of great connections with people you are able to learn a lot about different things/cultures

      pay was barely over minimum wage as a sales associate management was ok at times but overall made the environment not fun to work in either not enough hours or you’re being overworked for barely any income an ok job if you’re in high school or college but management needs to hire people who can actually show up at regular hours and not just high school + college students who can only work certain times.

      Fun. easy going retail environment

      The company hired me to move from one city to another 2 hours away and then closed the location they hired me to work at 5 months after hiring me. I found out later this had to have been in the works all along and it was not communicated to me that this was to be the case. I left a job I had had for 7 years to move to a new city for a fresh start only to shortly after have a piece of that start removed by a company with no compassion. They then offered me a lesser position at another location where the pay wasn't even the least bit comparable. This truly could have been a lovely position where it not for all that got in the way.
