Thank you for taking the time to share a review here. We deeply care about our professional community and appreciate the feedback we receive. We know that teaching is hard work and we are proud of our ongoing commitment to make this work sustainable in the long-run. We believe that our overall higher staff retention, as well as feedback we receive on our anonymous surveys, are among the various strong indicators that we are heading in the right direction. We offer perks like flex days where returning staff members earn a later start or earlier end time up to two times per week, and have added network-level staff to develop curriculum so as to lighten the load for teachers. We are proud that so many of our staff members who have excelled in their roles and demonstrated a commitment to our mission have advanced their career with us. This year alone, 20 staff members across Scholars Academies received opportunities to pursue their career goals by transitioning into other roles within our organization, including over 17 promotions!
