      Not cons, more like high expectations to be aware of.... - This place is not for you if you are not on-board with the company values. - It is demanding and requires a high level of client engagement at all times. - Multitasking constantly, it's a small business and you have to wear different hats. - Must be flexible and adaptive, this is tough for those who need constant structure

      They were an amazing group of people to work with. All very focused and determined, but still fun and great people to work with.

      Was in the very early stages, so there wasn't too much structure to the work day. Wish we became more connected with the companies within Eastern Foundry
