The only two great things about this company were the sites and the food offered in specific events. The sites were very safe, clean and of great location to work with and the food offered was unlimited which was a blessing after having worked for 5 hours straight. No other company would provide you with suitable, fancy sites of private events that gives free quality food like Eastmond . I worked for many other companies and i know it personally that most companies do not allow guards to eat on site or take food from servers.

On the other side, unfortunately wages and on time payments are always worker's first concern and this is where everything comes down to why we chose to work, money. This company lacks the most when it comes to payments. First, they do not do direct deposit and also do not mail your check, you would have to go personally to the employers office and pick it up and that complicates people's time, and schedule. Also, this company is known for delaying employee's payments. It can take you up to several months until you receive your full payment. The employer would often delay payments which it made it very uncomfortable for all of us to continue working in this company . There were several cases where employees would have to call the Ministry of Labour for delayed payments of several months. Also, the schedule system managed in this company was poorly organized. Every day you would have to email the company with the amount of hours you worked in the case of a record. Also, when it came to breaks, it all depended on the amount of guards solicited during that event, if not many guards were called for that day it would meant no break because posts would be left unguarded. Amongst other several problems working with Eastmond, i strongly do not advise you to start working here.
