Constantly on the brink of financial ruin so expect once a year to have a period of not getting paid. Investor satisfaction over employee satisfaction. As a flight team member you will be blamed for things not working. Annoying protesters every Wednesday because they think the company harms children which is not true. An expectation to do 4-5+ drone related jobs that no normal company does and won’t pay you extra for it.
