Tips are almost on all of he orders. Catering orders are nice with very nice tips. If you're not making good money with this company it is probably because you suck as a delivery driver. And the only drivers that get good orders are the good drivers, I.e the ones that check their orders good, are positive, and are not late to your restaurants. So, if you're making mostly $5.00 tips, it's because you are not a good driver. It's a great company to work for! Driving around listening to music and Looking at the beautiful Austin scenery. There is no favoritism. If you do a good job, you get rewarded.

Hardly any employee/boss interactions. Clock in from home or anywhere you want to. Sometimes you get very expensive deliveries which can net you a nice tip. Job is VERY easy to do.

Not delivering in a small piece of Austin, but a MASSIVE area which spans to other cities. Your vehicle will take brutal punishment from the amount of miles your asked to drive. Much of the money you make, goes to the insane amount of case used. Not an hourly job, you only get paid for each delivery, so slow periods you make nothing.
