- Westfield dictates paid parking for employees, company chooses to not cover costs of parking for part-time employees - Closest "employee" basement parking has sewage pipes running through that may and have burst + no prevention from shoppers parking in the employee-only basement - Extremely busy during weekends + holiday season, overwhelming despite any effort the company can make - Will overschedule you (nearly 40 hrs/week as part-time, even if you mention less in application/interview) unless you clearly communicate how many hours you need to work
