-No team spirit encouraged by middle or upper management -No PTO until 3 months -No health insurance until 3 months -No holidays..... at all.... You must work all holidays or take leave without pay, use the PTO to receive pay. Holidays include religious holidays, too. -Unrealistic expectations with work hours. Expect to work more than 40 hours per week (skipping lunch, staying late, taking your work home) to get the job done. -Weird micromanaging from middle management, but also little to no management/direction for other needs. -Burnout rate is HIGH amongst all staff -Inappropriate facilities to conduct proper individual sessions.

Leadership is inexperienced. They treat their employees like disposable garbage when they’re done with them, and blindside their employees after telling you to your face that you’re doing a great job after you’ve been working around their poor and unorganized leadership for years.
