Terrible senior leaders, snap judgments and lack of strategy. Attrition of very experienced and skilled personnel is a result of micro management culture with underperformers not held to account. Cost controls and headcount freezes have led to overstretched resources and unqualified, inexperienced, directionless individuals in key functional roles. Stress is the biggest cause of absence for salaried staff but as yet, not addressed by a very weak HR department. Salaries are well below market average.
