very low salaries no experience gained as the company develop its own product you only configure it . over time is paid after 3 months and it is half of ordinary work hours. they deduct from your salary what they call money save if you leave before 2 years you will not get them . you will get them if you renew for another 2 years and you will get them after finishing the other two years . most of the time you stay late after working hours. very bad environment to work in and the very high turn over is a real prove. very low manners standard even with customers especially from hr . no career path .
