I’m leaving a review because I don’t think the current rating truly reflects the organization, and I know how important honest feedback is for candidates—I was in the same position just a few months ago, unsure what to expect.

No real cons. As a foundation, it operates a bit differently from the corporations and startups I’ve worked at before, so there was a bit of a learning curve as a newcomer—but I actually found that to be a positive experience.
