Some traders are really talented and there's a lot to learn in case they are willing to teach. Pay is fairly good if we talk in general terms and it's quickly scaled if you perform well, although you can earn more at many competitors. HK is amazing!

As many other reviews have highlighted, the cons heavily outweigh the pros: - churn and burn boiler shop where most of the trainees leave in the first three months; - no loyalty towards its own employees; - toxic environment; - low benefits compared to competitors.
