1. Political working environment 2. The management say they are trying to be supportive, but really they are not. They take down every little mistake you make and use that as a big f-u in your annual review regardless of the great contribution you make in a year. 3. Pay is sub-par. That's ok tho. Can't expect good pay from a company thats not making money. 4. Bad tech stack and data. Seems like the management don't really care as the company still mostly depends on old-fashioned traders making positional bets.
