      Solar is a great industry to be in; competitive salaries, good facilities

      Owner is a passive-aggressive ego-maniac that does not value employees. I found out later that even his own son left and went to a competitor because of how his father treated him.

      Team both management and support are all in for the right reasons. We build partnerships with the solar installers that use EcoFasten Solar - we don't just sell aluminum. Freedom to be yourself and work your personal assets into your consultative sales methods. Get to put your "big boy" or "big girl" pants and drive the sales process.

      Honestly I cannot think of any negatives with respect to working at EcoFasten Solar.
