My experience at EcoWater Systems was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. After the sudden and tragic loss of my fiancé, I was instructed to take a week off work by management. Upon my return, I was accused of drug abuse with no basis or evidence, despite having been transparent about my legally prescribed medications. Throughout my time at the company, the Marketing Manager, Kriss, consistently made inappropriate comments about my medication usage. They frequently suggested I stop taking my prescribed medication altogether or reduce the dosage, undermining my health and well-being. This created a hostile and unsafe work environment where I felt judged and harassed for following legitimate medical advice. Even after my wrongful termination, EcoWater Systems continues to harass me with email notifications and direct phone calls. It’s disheartening to see that their lack of professionalism extends beyond employment.
