Poorly run , disorganized company after a merger with company from IL. The tech engineer's complained about " how much work they had , busy with customers" but they sat around & talked about sports or other non-business related matters. Most of the staff was rude & unfriendly. The HR person was a clueless twit, never seemed to be at work. Wonder how they stay in business, overpricing on materials & new orders. I once asked a manage for help with a customer inquiry & he said " hang up , they won't call back ". Same manager racist , made an ignorant "joke" about a specific ethnic group. These people are rude .
