I left the firm within a week of joining due to several concerns. Despite a 3-day training, I was expected to handle a wide range of products and courses with varying prices without sufficient support. The team dynamics were challenging, with a culture of frequent reporting and high pressure to meet revenue targets. I found the communication style to be confrontational, with public criticism and demands to stay late without notice. Additionally, the requirement to keep video cameras on throughout the day felt intrusive. The management style seemed more focused on criticism than constructive feedback or team well-being. Given these issues, it's not surprising that many new joiners didn't stay long. Overall, my experience was disappointing and unproductive.
