      They will cut you with NO warning. Even if you are a good employee!! HR just looks at you as a number. Company is not what it was. I just had a baby and they let me go due to cuts and would not let me move to another department. Even tho I had great performance record. Makes no sense..

      A job and make some money

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
