Where do I begin, quite possibly the most toxic and chaotic environment I have ever experienced globally. Inexperienced and micromanaging leaders who do not have a clue how to mentor, coach or lead. Bullying is the norm, no training and processes to speak of. You will be thrown in the deep end without a life jacket and then blamed for drowning. When you have worked for professional organisations, this one is an eye opener. Oh, don't bother getting sick and expecting reasonable adjustments, they will just terminate you.
