Overworked. Always on call. Management had unrealistic expectations and do not respect you or your time. The people running this company are mean and disrespectful. This job is high stress with minimal reward. They will continue to give you more and more work with no support and no increase in pay. Will have you bend rules just to get a sale. Not ethical.

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
