Most of the negatives are specific to the Procurement organization: Huge disconnect between St Paul's reality and everyone else's. Corporate change management/ communication to Houston/ Energy Services is abhorrent. Nonexistent ERP/ process/ policy structure. Highly questionable procurement practices and ethics in dealing with suppliers. Procurement training and procurement employee development is the worst I've seen.
