      Some really extreme micro-managing from the very highest levels. 100% travel embargo in Q3 and near freeze in E-level advancement for non cost-center functions is discouraging for those looking to make the move.

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
