Prior Culture and Inclusion efforts to drive up employee engagement has all but died. In a shared services area, the competition inside the company is creating divisivness and/or apathy. After years of liking the job, then, when a true look and push towards inclusion took hold, loving to come to work - all to be destroyed by concentrating more on the technical aspects of integration versus the people side of integration. I expect productivity, quality, and many other things to suffer.
