Great culture very aggresive, work hard, get rewarded, play hard. I quickly became the number 1 TM in a 10 state region!! Company car, insurance, great out of college benifits.

Svantaggi

No real advancement opportunities... No real professional development opportunities. Lets face it... we sell soap! Many of my customers are missing their teeth. I really feel I have had to turn down my intellect to sell in the institution division.

A job and make some money

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
