Flexibility with the schedule. Free parking.

Svantaggi

Hard to get promoted because of lack of available openings. Top management is white males. They are racist towards other races and women, especially in Ecosure. They would rather hire people from the outside instead of hiring qualified people than know about the business from inside.

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
