      There are some decent people that work for Ecolab. If your face fits, you'll be laughing.

      Rubbish salary, poor managers & management overall. HR are a joke. This company turns a blind eye to bullying, those which are meant to help you simply don't. I know a lot of people which have left over the past year due to one person being a bully and yet no action has ever been taken against this person.

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
