WORST PLACE TO WORK EVER - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Manager presso Ecolab

This company rips its costumers off so bad it made me actually loath coming into work to hear that the same issue a costumer had on a Monday had gone unanswered till the following Monday. there is absolutely no accountability within the management core. we are just here to get our 46k a year and get experience and gtfo asap. The poor customer service people that have to deal with the micro management and constant belittling in 1-1 one meeting on how they could have done better...to make their supervisors stats look better so she can scramble up the ladder.
