Company lost focus on Employees and focusing on making the company money. Mr Baker is an amazing leader. He has recently announced retirement and I see the company going in the wrong direction as far as keeping employees a priority.

Excellent benefits, including comprehensive health care.
Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
