Procurement operated globally and can be very co fusing who in the world is involved with a project. Within the analytics team is a very weird team structure with managers/teammates sitting all all over the world. While this may sounds cool and flashy, it’s more of a disadvantage as you never meet your team/manager and have to deal with odd timings this can impact growth. The unique global structure causes more confusion on who is doing what and what the job role should actually be.
