Decent pay, no real tracking of time off but you can only take time off if someone is willing to cover your territory. Good technical and sales training.

Svantaggi

Cannot take time off unless someone will cover your territory. Coworkers are not supportive if the sale does not benefit them. Boys club through and through.

A job and make some money

Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
